Well, you sure aren't alone...
My sponsor wears a leather jacket with lots of writing on the back. Some of that writing says;
When I die I know I'm going to heaven
Because I've already been to hell.
It actually refers to being a part of the 101st Airborne, somewhere/time in Viet Nam, but it sure applies to life as a "practicing" alky, doesn't it?
I heard another perspective at a meeting the other day. What if this is Utopia and we are just messing it up and not realizing it.
